PeSkull was a ruthless criminal who kidnapped his wealthy victims and held them captive in dungeons around the World until he gets ransom. He was in one of these dungeons when he was captured. After the PESEFeC Prison escape, he set out to search for new dungeons for his new victims. Recently he found his weapon so he wouldn't go back to jail.
